A Compassionate Peanut

I heard from Hannah's teachers twice (separately) about this very sweet thing that she did yesterday for one of her little friends in the infant room.  Apparently, one of the little girls was going down for a nap, but her lovey was across the room.  The little girl was crying, but the teacher couldn't get the lovey for her right away because she was busy changing somebody else's diaper, and she was the only adult in the room at the moment with a few of the babies.  The little girl cried and cried, and Hannah looked around and figured out what was going on.

She waddled over to the little girl's lovey, bent over and picked it up, and carried it across the room.  She pushed that little lovey through the slats in the crib and handed it to her friend.

Her teachers were so impressed with how well she understood what was happening and what they were saying, but me?  I am so proud of the compassionate heart she is developing:)  My sweet, sweet girl...
